Kajul Harvey was convicted of murdering her mother, Alena Marble with her boyfriend. They severely beat the mother and then placed her in the trunk of a vehicle in the summer where she died. The murder was so brutal the judge sentenced her life without parole. She wept when she was sentenced. Her mother was killed because she did not approve of their relationship. Tonya Tidwell was convicted of malice murder, felony murder and aggravated battery, for stabbing David Eric Guice, with others. Both of the other codefendants, plead guilty to murder. Tonya opted to go to trial. The three smoked meth and marijuana before going to the victim's home to confront him about stolen property. They entered into the home while he was asleep and all three agreed Tonya struck the first blow. The drug use played a role in this murder. Salinda Hamilton plead guilty to Felony Murder, Arson in the First Degree, and two counts of Aggravated Assault in July 2018. She was sentenced to life plus twenty years. After a day spent arguing with the victim, his brother and his brother's girlfriend, she lit a t shirt on fire and put it in the air vents of a camper where all three were sleeping. The boyfriend and his girlfriend escaped but the victim, Carlton Lester with whom she had been romantically involved with in the past, was killed.  As you can see by the initial mug shot and the picture on the left which is more recent, prison has not been terrible. Jasmine Williams was found guilty of malice murder and felony murder for the death of Greg Swinson.  She and the victim  has been arguing when she retrieved a gun from the closet in an effort to scare and intimidate him. When she went to strike him in the head with the gun, it fired, killing him. The jury rejected her claims of self defense and accident and found her guilty. They were both in William's home during the death. She has not yet filed an appeal.   She was sentenced to life without parole. In August of 2016, Mina Ellery participated in the murder of a beloved elderly widow with three others. To  her credit, she plead guilty to murder and expressed sincere remorse at her sentencing. Shanika Dunbar was convicted of malice and felony murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime in September of 2018. The victim, Theron Robbins was shot in the shoulder and then in the head. It was in essence, an execution. The motive was allegedly he had done something hurtful to her sister. Brooklyn Williams was convicted of second degree murder in the death of Officer Terney who was shot by her boyfriend, Byron Shephard during a traffic stop. Shephard had warrants regarding the theft of a truck and equipment from an oil drilling site. Shephard was also shot by the officer. She was charged with second degree murder at the time. Juanita Gomez was convicted of the murder of her thirty-three year old daughter, Geneva Gomez. Investigators believe she staged the crime scene to make it appear she was performing an exorcism on her daughter who she alleged was possessed by the devil. She appeared to be making a case for mental illness in regard to court. Not much is known about the relationship between the two women prior to the murder. She has since appealed her conviction and sentence, which was life. In Oklahoma, she will need to serve 38 years to even be considered for  parole. With her being in her fifties, it is unlikely she will ever be a free woman again. Sharon Frances Morris was convicted of murdering her boyfriend, Brian Floyd in 2016. He was found in his drive way and had been stabbed, his throat cut and run over with a vehicle. She appealed the verdict and lost. She was sentenced to life, which in the state of Oklahoma means she must serve 38 years to be considered for parole. Vanessa Cameron was convicted of murder and sentenced her to 70 years in prison for the murder of her child's father, Samuel Johnson. It was a contract killing she committed due to jealousy over his new girlfriend and the fact she was a beneficiary of a 750k life insurance policy. She was granted a new trial due to a violation that occurred during jury selection.This was a very technical violation that would have little to no outcome on her trial. Veronica Erin Staley plead guilty to the murder of Aljosa Memovic . She arranged to meet him in a parking lot under the guise of bringing him food. She lay in wait for him. When he arrived she shot him once and continued to shoot him after he fell. There were witnesses and it was broad day light. Jenevieve Ramos and her boyfriend, Shaun Puente had robbed four San Antonio businesses in the course of a two week crime spree. She was the get away driver. When they were being chased, Ramos was driving the car and Puente was shooting out the back window at Officer Robert Deckard, who was struck in the forehead, killing him instantly. To her credit, she opted to plead guilty and received a life sentence. It is highly unlikely she would have gotten a death sentence if she had gone to trial. Marcia Eubank was convicted of murder. When her husband, Howard Eubank turned up missing, she told people that he had left her for another woman in Texas. Amber Craker's case is complicated to say the least. The first thing that jumps out when reading about what happened, is where were the adults in her life? Parents? Family Friends? There defnitely seems to be a lack of reasonable adults in her life. At any rate, she gave birth to a daughter at home with no medical intervention. She arrived at the hospital needing life saving surgery. She confessed here . prior to surgery to police. The baby was found at home deceased. Serenity Richardson Shanita Latrice Cunningham is one of two women in prison for thebeating a toddler to death in South Carolina. They were charged with homicide through child abuse. The child peed on the floor which caused the women to beat her to death. One of the couple was her godmother and the other her romantic partner.  Cunningham had the decency to plead guilty to the charge and spare the family a trial. The child's family lived in Michigan.
