Brooklyn Williams

Brooklyn Williams was convicted of second degree murder in the death of Officer Terney who was shot by her boyfriend, Byron Shephard during a traffic stop. Shephard had warrants regarding the theft of a truck and equipment from an oil drilling site. Shephard was also shot by the officer. She was charged with second degree murder at the time.
