Soccora Caro and Dr. Xavier Caro seemed to have a happy marriage, despite her alcoholism and spending habits. When he chose to divorce her, as an act of revenge, she murdered both of her sons. Additionally, Dr. Caro was the victim of domestic violence on eight occasions. Her rage was such, she was barely able to contain it. According to the state, Caro and her husband, Dr. Xavier Caro (Xavier 1 ), had four children: Xavier (known as “Joey”), Michael, Christopher, and G.C. On November 22, 1999, Joey, Michael, and Christopher were shot to death in the family home in Camarillo, California. Joey was 11, Michael was 8, Christopher was 5, and G.C. was 1. On the night of the shootings, November 22, 1999, Xavier returned from work between 6:00 and 6:30 p.m. Xavier had dinner with Caro, and they drank margaritas. In Season 9, Episode 9, Na Cola Franklin is featured on Forever and a Day. This is the story of how Na Cola Franklin committed murder upon Billy Brewster on their wedding day. Na Cola Franklin was convicted of murder and was sentenced to a life sentence. At sentencing, she said, "I didn’t mean to kill him. I didn’t ... I love him. I do still love him. I love him more than myself". She appealed the verdict based on battered woman syndrome but it was denied. It was alleged she killed him because she did not have the wedding of her dreams. In Season 9, Episode 6, Shayne Alicia Lovera is featured on Get Rich Quick. This is the story of how Shayne Alicia Lovera committed murder upon Kelly Lovera, her husband with her lover, Brett Rae. Shayne Alicia Lovera was convicted of murder and sentenced to life with a minimum of 25 years. Brett's appeal ( see link ) includes: On November 6, 1994, park rangers discovered a jeep on the slope of an embankment off Highway 441 inside the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The jeep was lodged against a tree approximately 100 feet from the highway. Inside the jeep the rangers observed the body of the deceased, Kelly J. Lovera. The victim was lying in the back floorboard in a pool of blood. Rowena Ledbetter was convicted of murder and sentenced to Life sentence, but dies in custody. Her autopsy states she choked when she vomited after eating a meal. In season 4, episode 13, one sees the murder of Her mother by Nicole Kasinskas in New Hampshire. In season 4, episode 1, one sees the murder of Alan and Terra Bates by Jessica McCord in Alabama. The show is titled An Eye for an Eye and Discovery ID describes it as, “The path toward revenge can lead to murder.” Her motive for murdering them was a particularly nasty custody battle. Jessica McCord was convicted of Murder and sentenced to Life without parole. She has a chance at parole only because she agreed to tell prosecutors how he and his wife killed Alan and Terra Bate. She was denied parole in January of 2019. Brandon Armstrong Austin Eubanks Susan Eubanks murdered her four sons with a gun - Brandon, 14; Austin, 7; Brigham, 6; and Matthew, 4. Sarah Mitchell murdered her sister, Stevie Allman in order to steal her identity, income and credit score. After the killing, she put her sister's body in the freezer of the home they shared. That worked well until there was a house fire that revealed the truth. Her only motive was to steal her sister's identity. In Season 9, Episode 12, Kimberly Diane Cargill is featured on Girl on Girl. This is the story of how Kimberly Diane Cargill committed murder  upon Cherry Walker to prevent her from testifying in a custody suit between herself and her child's father. Her son, Jamie and ex husband, Brian Cargill participated in Discovery ID's show, "Evil Lives Here" and discussed her treatment of her children (3 sons) and her downward spiral which lead to this murder. It has also been featured on Deadly Women as well. It is such a shocking and cold murder, no doubt it will be featured on other shows as well. As tempting as it may be to say she is mentally ill, it is possible she's simply just evil. Brian did take the stand during the sentencing phase of her trial.
