Melissa Ann Miller was convicted of a drug related motor vehicle accident that claimed the life of James Bradberry and seriously injured Melissa Bradberry, his wife. Because she had been convicted of DWI in 2009 and 2011, prosecutors were able to charge her with murder. She was sentenced to 55 years in prison.
