While Dan and Linda clearly did not deserve to die, what Dan and possibly Linda did to her was sadistic to say the least. It's unclear if it was all Dan or both people. A person can only take so much abuse. People have limits and they crossed betty's. Betty Broderick was convicted of 2 counts of Murder and sentenced to 32 years to life. The show is titled Kill Their Own and Discovery ID describes it as, “Convinced that all men cheat and lie, Susan Eubanks gets even with her ex-husbands - by killing her four sons in the same order in which they came into her life.” This case is enough to make you lose your mind, depending on which way the producers of a documentary slant. She either looks innocent or guily beyond a doubt. She either didn't do it and someone set her up perfectly or she did, and did a really poor job of pulling it off. Her husband maintains she is innocent. Regardless, you can make up your own mind. I tend to think she's guilty because juries are queasy about the death penalty when there is moderate doubt.
