In season 4, episode 7, one sees the murder of Her children (2) by Debora Green in Illinois. The show is titled The Sacred Bond and Discovery ID describes it as, “Women who kill their own breaking the sacred bond between mother and child.”

She killed her children and attempted to kill her husband She poisoned her husband with Ricin, which did not kill him. Her children died in a fire that she set.

Debora Green was convicted of two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of attempted first-degree murder, and one count of aggravated arson and sentenced to two consecutive setnences of 42 years . She has appealed twice and lost both. She is currently eligible for parole in 2035.

Patricia Silberstein DIY Burial

In season 10, episode 10, the murder of Anthony "Tony" Wojcik by Patricia Silberstein is shown. The show is titled DIY Burial and Discovery ID's Deadly Women describes as An aspiring Olympic equestrian finds a solution to her financial woes; a young divorcee decides to get rid of her ex-husband for good; a greedy woman sets her eyes on a wealthy widower for her next victim.. Patricia Silberstein was Convicted of 1st Degree Murder with and sentenced to 22 years, 7 months, and 6 days. Later, she is given a 15-year sentence, which she serves, and dies three years after her release. This crime occurred in 1977, she is released 1991 and dies in 1994. At the end of the day, if you do not learn that murder is never the answer from this, you never will.

Sylvia Seegrist, Twisted Minds

In season 2, episode 6, one sees the murder three people, and the wounding of 7 others by Sylvia Seegrist in Pennsylvania. The show is titled Twisted Minds and Discovery ID describes it as, “In Pennsylvania, a mentally disturbed woman opens fire on shoppers at a mall; depression drives a woman to smother her children to death; a Florida nurse murders 12 nursing home residents” She was found guilty but insane at the time of her trial. She suffered from schizophrenia from an early age and had been sexually abused by her grandfather. Sylvia Seegrist was sentenced to three consecutive life sentences and seven consecutive 10-year terms. She is not eligible for parole.
