Vickie Frost plead guilty to voluntary manslaughter in exchange for a sentence of seven to twenty five years.

She was paroled in 2005, after serving only nine years.

You can not write to Vickie Frost as she was released.


At the end of the day, if you do not learn to really watch for red flags in relationships from this, you never will. The fact that she would viciously attack someone and stab the to death was not the first incident. Healthy, happy well adjusted people do not abuse others.

On January 19th, 1996, Vickie Frost, 26, used an 11 1/2 inch kitchen knife to fatally stab to death her boyfriend Richard Whitcomb, 23, in the chest.  Vickie Frost pled guilty to Voluntary Manslaughter and sentenced to 7 to 25 years but she was released from prison after serving nine years. She now resides in Gahanna, Ohio.  Vickie Frost is a petite woman, 5'4" tall with long brown hair.

The show is titled DIY Burial and Discovery ID's Deadly Women describes as An aspiring Olympic equestrian finds a solution to her financial woes; a young divorcee decides to get rid of her ex-husband for good; a greedy woman sets her eyes on a wealthy widower for her next victim.. Patricia Silberstein was Convicted of 1st Degree Murder with and sentenced to 22 years, 7 months, and 6 days. Later, she is given a 15-year sentence, which she serves, and dies three years after her release. This crime occurred in 1977, she is released 1991 and dies in 1994. At the end of the day, if you do not learn that murder is never the answer from this, you never will.

Sylvia Seegrist, Twisted Minds

In season 2, episode 6, one sees the murder three people, and the wounding of 7 others by Sylvia Seegrist in Pennsylvania. The show is titled Twisted Minds and Discovery ID describes it as, “In Pennsylvania, a mentally disturbed woman opens fire on shoppers at a mall; depression drives a woman to smother her children to death; a Florida nurse murders 12 nursing home residents” She was found guilty but insane at the time of her trial. She suffered from schizophrenia from an early age and had been sexually abused by her grandfather. Sylvia Seegrist was sentenced to three consecutive life sentences and seven consecutive 10-year terms. She is not eligible for parole.
