Nancy Larios was convicted of 1st Degree Murder with and sentenced to Life without parole. She duct taped him to a chair beat him, and stabbed him the eye with a pair of scissors to gain access to $1 million, including a $425,000 life insurance policy taken out just before her husband’s death in 2004.
