Jeanne Harrington Mid Life Murder

In season 11, episode 1, the murder of Michael
Gable by Jeanne Harrington is shown. The show is titled Mid Life Murder and Discovery ID's Deadly Women describes it as An examination of women who refuse to grow old gracefully, committing murder in midlife..

Jeanne Harrington was convicted of 1st Degree Murder, felony murder, two counts of felonious assault and tampering with evidence. and sentenced to 16 years to life. She is eligible for release in 2031. Since being incarcerated, she has had infractions.

The victim recognized he was in danger. She was addicted to shopping and continued to do so after his death despite their home being sold at Sheriff's Sale. The state alleges her motive was financial gain.

On the morning of August 16, 2011, Harrington placed a call to the Avon Lake
Police Department to notify them that her husband had committed suicide. Upon arriving at the
marital residence, officers found the victim lying on a couch with his head wrapped in plastic.
They also found a purported suicide note that was typewritten, but signed in ink with the victim’s
name. The coroner ultimately determined that the victim died as a result of asphyxiation, but
was unable to conclusively state whether his death was the result of a homicide or suicide. After
a lengthy period of investigation, the police arrested Harrington in connection with the victim’s
demise.

Fred is the most unexpected person to be able to completely control another human being. Nothing about him is remotely appealing. He must have had one heck of a personality.... Daphne Abdela, Love Sick

In season 4, episode 14, one sees the murder of Michael McMorrow by Daphne Abdela in New York. The show is titled Love Sick and Discovery ID describes it as, “Baby faced schoolgirls looked innocent but don't be deceived, they became cold blooded killers when they thought someone was after their boyfriends.” This murder was particularly disturbing because they did not simply kill him, they dismembered him and violated his corpse.
