with and sentenced to 11 years. She is eligible for release in .
Since being incarcerated, she has had infractions.
Ellen killed for life insurance, however his body has still not been found. She may have "gotten away" with murder with this plea deal, everyone will always know who she is and what she did. When people legitimately kill in self defense, they call 911 immediately.
You can not write to Ellen Snyder as she is not in custody.
At the end of the day, if you do not
learn to know who to avoid when dating from this, you never will.
Ellen Snyder deserves to spend the rest of her life in prison. 11 years is a travesty of justice. Not only did she intentionally kill (murder) her husband and corrupt her teen son into helping her dispose of the body. She destroyed his reputation by telling lies about his sexual orientation and kept his family suffering for years thinking he might be alive and living in secret with his gay lover. Rarely do I apply the "scumbag" label to women. But, in her case, it is richly deserved. She committed financial fraud and paid little as punishment. Her interviews on TV portray her as unremorseful, manipulative and a liar. And those are her best character features!! I hope she suffers in her freedom and is constantly reminded that she deserves no respect, compassion or help, regardless of how severe the peril is in which she finds herself.

DeleteYou're a lot nicer than I am. I think she deserved to be on death row. I'm not an advocate for the death penalty, but when you plan a murder, destroy his reputation, involved your teenage son, commit tax fraud, tamper with evidence and more so like you stated, is arrogantly unremoreseful. Well clearly doing time for her was nothing but a slap on the wrist for getting caught. Ellen Synder is a classic narcissist and as such, she will never acknowledge or take responsibility for what she did. Mike Synder left behind a young daughter who thankfully was not there when that bitch riddled him with bullets in the back and when he was dying on the floor. All this apparently in self defense. The good old self defense excuse women murderers and their lawyers love to exploit. The domestic abuse is so overly pleaded that real abused women who find themselves in dire or dangerous situations will never again be taken seriously. To add insult to injury, the 11 year sentence she got not only included the manslaughter charge, but the tax fraud and tampering with evidence as well. All that thanks to the statue of limitations. Furthermore, she actually only served 8 years. That thanks to our parole system. Who says that our justice system isn't lenient or forgiving or better yet, stupid.
DeleteStan, I hope that the universe has or will come back onto her doorstep demanding payback, or should I say, karmic lessons. Sometimes, I wonder why evil people do get away with their actions and seemingly get to live a good life while they destroy so many on their path without giving a crap. I get that life isn't fair. But when our legal system laughs in the face of justice, it's no wonder there is so much evil out there.
Additional info: The production company filming the Terminator movie rented the Synder home for actor Christian Bale and his family. Mike Synder was in fact still buried in the back yard and it still had not been found while Christian Bale was staying in it. Not sure if she was still the owner of the house during that time though. Regardless, she either rented it or sold it with Mike's body buried back there.

ReplyDeleteI just watched a repeat of her case...what a travesty! And she's now free. Beware single( and married since this woman HAS no morals)men...and since it's 2021. Women too! I never wish I'll on anyone, but this "lady" makes it SOO hard!

ReplyDelete11 years? Wow and my friend's uncle got 27 years for being a habitual crackhead and stealing a TV out a white woman's house while she was on vacation. Never physically hurt anybody but himself, wasn't even together enough to sell drugs. But good ole Clinton laws. Literally they can kill another human being, dump the body, have no remorse, and profit off their crimes. No foul, but that TV ohhh it was state of the art so you know. He got out ten years ago after they reduced his sentence after serving 18 years.
