Brenda Spencer


Brenda Spencer was responsible for the Cleveland Elementary School shooting in San Diego, California. The shooting killed eight children and wounded a police officer.

She had troubled teen years and struggled with feeling suicidal. She plead guilty to two counts of murder and assault with a deadly weapon. One day after her eighteenth birthday she was sentenced to twenty-five years to life. She has been denied parole four times to date.

Sarah Mitchell murdered her sister, Stevie Allman in order to steal her identity, income and credit score. After the killing, she put her sister's body in the freezer of the home they shared. That worked well until there was a house fire that revealed the truth. Her only motive was to steal her sister's identity.
