Kajul Harvey was convicted of murdering her mother, Alena Marble with her boyfriend. They severely beat the mother and then placed her in the trunk of a vehicle in the summer where she died. The murder was so brutal the judge sentenced her life without parole. She wept when she was sentenced. Her mother was killed because she did not approve of their relationship. Tonya Tidwell was convicted of malice murder, felony murder and aggravated battery, for stabbing David Eric Guice, with others. Both of the other codefendants, plead guilty to murder. Tonya opted to go to trial. The three smoked meth and marijuana before going to the victim's home to confront him about stolen property. They entered into the home while he was asleep and all three agreed Tonya struck the first blow. The drug use played a role in this murder. Salinda Hamilton plead guilty to Felony Murder, Arson in the First Degree, and two counts of Aggravated Assault in July 2018. She was sentenced to life plus twenty years. After a day spent arguing with the victim, his brother and his brother's girlfriend, she lit a t shirt on fire and put it in the air vents of a camper where all three were sleeping. The boyfriend and his girlfriend escaped but the victim, Carlton Lester with whom she had been romantically involved with in the past, was killed.  As you can see by the initial mug shot and the picture on the left which is more recent, prison has not been terrible. It appears as though she may have gotten some much needed help while there. She plead guilty and has not appealed. You can view her facebook here . Jasmine Williams was found guilty of malice murder and felony murder for the death of Greg Swinson.  She and the victim  has been arguing when she retrieved a gun from the closet in an effort to scare and intimidate him. When she went to strike him in the head with the gun, it fired, killing him. The jury rejected her claims of self defense and accident and found her guilty. They were both in William's home during the death. She has not yet filed an appeal.   She was sentenced to life without parole. In August of 2016, Mina Ellery participated in the murder of a beloved elderly widow with three others. To  her credit, she plead guilty to murder and expressed sincere remorse at her sentencing. Sh was sentenced to life, which in Georgia means she must serve at least 30 years before being considered for parole. Shontori Gooden was convicted of murder after shooting and killing her former friend, Nyla Foster. In the past the two hard argued over a friend which caused the fatal shooting. Shontori had beaten the victim in the parking lot and returned later with a gun. She was sentenced to life which in Georgia means she must serve thirty years before being considered for parole. Shanika Dunbar was convicted of malice and felony murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime in September of 2018. The victim, Theron Robbins was shot in the shoulder and then in the head. It was in essence, an execution. The motive was allegedly he had done something hurtful to her sister. She was sentenced to life without parole plus five years.
