Misook Nowlin was convicted of 1st Degree Murder with and sentenced to 55 years. She is eligible for release in 2064.

The jury trial proceeded, and defendant was found guilty of first degree murder. At the March 2013 sentencing hearing, the trial court admonished defendant was subject to consecutive sentencing based on her convictions for first degree murder and concealment and sentenced her to consecutive prison terms of 50 years for first degree murder and 5 years for concealment.
