DeleteI to am so tired of death penalty cases not happening. We should at least make it mandatory life without parole, unless it is one of those extremely rare cases of innocence. I feel they should have requirements before they sentence to death, such as: heinous crime, kill more than 1 person, 20 years old or higher, IQ has to be higher than 60 (really not sure what this number should be). Because then the chances of convicting an innocent person is slim or at least appeals won't be so long.
ReplyDeleteSee YouTubes 'Deadly Women' on this bizarre woman, she was going to murder someone, in the near future...this happened to be a good cop too, such a shame for him, his family and the community, I am sorry, from Australia xx
