Andrea Hicks Jackson has been sentenced to death numerous times for the murder of a police officer, Gary Bevel. She had filed a police report about damage to her vehicle that she herself had done. He had been suspicious of her claims.

She was re-sentenced to life and may be eligible for parole in the future.

  3. I to am so tired of death penalty cases not happening. We should at least make it mandatory life without parole, unless it is one of those extremely rare cases of innocence. I feel they should have requirements before they sentence to death, such as: heinous crime, kill more than 1 person, 20 years old or higher, IQ has to be higher than 60 (really not sure what this number should be). Because then the chances of convicting an innocent person is slim or at least appeals won't be so long.

Fred is the most unexpected person to be able to completely control another human being. Nothing about him is remotely appealing. He must have had one heck of a personality.... In season 4, episode 14, one sees the murder of Michael McMorrow by Daphne Abdela in New York. The show is titled Love Sick and Discovery ID describes it as, “Baby faced schoolgirls looked innocent but don't be deceived, they became cold blooded killers when they thought someone was after their boyfriends.” This murder was particularly disturbing because they did not simply kill him, they dismembered him and violated his corpse. Anyone encountering her should proceed with caution. Daphne Abdela was convicted of Murder and sentenced to 10 years. She has since been paroled.
